Executive Airlines Pilot Wing

This Executive Airlines started as National Executive Flight Service (see) out of Boston, MA and name changed to Executive Airlines in 1967. It had established a Sarasota, Florida division on December 1, 1964 and expanded considerably. It acquired Yankee Airlines in 1968 and Massachusetts Air Industries (Mass Air) in 1971. By 1969 Executive was he country's largest commuter airline. The airline went bankrupt in 1971 and ceased operations in July, 1973.
